The registration fee includes the following items
  • Free attendance to all conference technical sessions
  • A copy of the conference proceedings (CD or Book) 
  • A ticket for Welcome Reception Party
  • A ticket for Conference Banquet
  • Coffee & Tea in the breaks
  • Lunch Tickets for Jan. 26 and Jan. 27

The following can be purchased additionally when you make a regular registration
  • Additional Paper fee*
    :  USD 400 per additional paper (of 6 pages or less) for Track 1
    :  USD 600 per additional paper (of 5 pages or less) for Track 2
  • Extra Page fee
    :  USD 40 per page beyond 6 pages (max 8 pages) for Track 1
    :  USD 80 per page beyond 5 pages (max 10 pages) for Track 2**
  • Additional Proceedings
    :  USD 130 per book or CD 
  • Additional tickets for Lunch, Welcome Reception Party, and Conference Banquet
    :  USD 30 per Lunch ticket (available on the site)
    :  USD 50 per Welcome Reception Party ticket (available on the site)
    :  USD 100 per Conference Banquet Ticket

* Additional Paper: 
   If you have more than one paper, you can purchase "Additional Paper" up to 3 (three) papers, after your mandatory AUTHOR Registration.
   For example, when you have totally 4 accepted papers, you can purchase ONE "Author Registration" and THREE "Additional Paper"s. In this case, of course only a copy of proceedings, a set of conference package & meal coupon will be provided at the conference.

** Extra Page: 
   The conference proceedings accept only 2-page extended abstracts.
   However, after the conference, all papers will be published as articles in a book series or a journal indexed in SCOPUS. 
   Regarding this, AUTHOR Registration will cover a paper with 5 pages, including all figures, tables, references, and author biographies.
   If you think your paper needs more than 5 pages, you MUST purchase "Extra Page"(s).
